Real-time, radiation-free imaging of muscles, tendons, ligaments, bursae and joints, performed and reported in clinic. Because ultrasound is dynamic, we can scan the area while you move it and see how the tissue actually behaves under load – so you leave with a diagnosis rather than a maybe.

Ultrasound-Guided Injection Therapy

Every injection we give is delivered under live ultrasound guidance, so the medication reaches exactly the structure that needs it. Guided injections are more accurate, more comfortable, and more likely to work than injections placed by feel alone.

Specialist Physiotherapy

Fifty-minute assessment and treatment sessions for persistent joint, tendon and sports injuries – particularly those that have not improved with initial treatment elsewhere. Every session is followed up in writing, and rehabilitation continues at home through a personalised exercise programme.
