How do I make an appointment?
Please contact us by phone (Tel 0773 673 1022) or email us using the contact details provided here.
If we cannot answer the phone immediately, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is there a waiting list?
No. We will make every effort to book an appointment for you within 24 hours and sometimes appointments may be available on the same day.

Do I need a referral from my GP?
If you are paying for your own treatment we do not need a letter of referral from your GP. We do promote working in close communication with your GP and other health care professionals to provide a high standard of treatment.

Should I bring my X-rays with me?
Yes and also bring any other relevant medical information you may have.

What is your cancellations policy?
Please try to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you may be charged for the appointment.

What are your payment terms?
Unless you are covered by Health Insurance we ask for payment on the day of treatment either by cash, cheque or electronic card (debit or credit card).

Are all your physiotherapists qualified?
Yes, all our physiotherapists are chartered and members of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Can you work with children?
Yes, we treat patients of all ages. All our physiotherapists have undergone Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks (previously CRB checks), which are always kept up to date.

Is there Disabled Access?
Yes. The building in Brooklands, Weybridge, where Meyer & Associates is located has a lift directly from the car park under the centre of the building, for disabled access. There are also special parking bays allocated for disabled parking nearby. Please do call us so we may assist you.

Can you deal with my private medical insurance?
