Welcome to Meyer & Associates Chartered Physiotherapists. Our clinic specialises in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy in Weybridge and surrounding areas in Surrey. We provide a professional and friendly physiotherapy service to assess, diagnose and treat various Musculoskeletal and Sport conditions of all ages and abilities. Our service is streamlined to become a one-stop point of care to optimally manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal and sports medicine together with post-orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Our service include musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound scanning that is now offered in the clinic with each assessment, where appropriate. This modality is a valuable diagnostic tool with many benefits.
We also offer practical rehabilitation programme, injury prevention advice and screening programmes as well as some hands-on traditional physiotherapy approach where appropriate.
Recently, we now also offer telehealth, a virtual service for patients that want to be treated in the comfort of their own home.
All our Physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), Physio’s in Sport (ACPSM) and Physiofirst. All clinicians have Advanced DBS checks to ensure the safeguarding of minors and vulnerable patients.
We provide good communication with other members of the multi-disciplinary team and promote a 360-degree patient centred feedback process together with patient outcome reported measurements.
The duration of each session is approximately 45 minutes that also include further information about your condition and a written exercise programme.
To optimise the diagnostic procedures, we provide referrals for radiological assessments for example X-rays, MRI , CT, and guided ultrasound cortico-steroid and hyaluronic acid injections for pain-relief and Osteoarthritis. We are also able to request specialised procedures for instance barbotage, hydro-dilation and tendon scraping and shockwave therapy, if appropriate.
We work closely with radiological and orthopaedic consultants as well as other members of the multi-disciplinary team and would be happy to refer patients onwards, when required.
Our clinic takes part in the Physiofirst Data for Impact and Quality Assured project. We will request written consent from a selection of patients, prior to submitting any confidential information for this study. We receive an external clinical audit according to Bupa guidelines.
